Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Long Term Intern to join the Regulatory Affairs team in Istanbul, Turkey. You will support regulatory activities, help with submission dossiers, translations, and system maintenance while gaining hands-on experience in a global biopharma environment.

The role requires a third-year or higher undergraduate in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering, with strong Turkish and English communication, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• 3rd year or later undergraduate in Pharmacy, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• Able to work a minimum of 3 days per week.
• Willingness to learn and develop personal qualifications.
• Strong Turkish and English communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in Microsoft Programs.

Responsibilities

• Support RA team in maintaining BI systems.
• Support local translation and dossier adaptation / assist submission dossier.
• Follow up the Ministry database daily and inform the RA team accordingly.
• Become familiar with regulations.
• Ensure the databases updated.
• Participate in internal meetings, if needed.
• Prepare or maintain technical files to obtain and sustain product approval.

• To support local translation and dossier adaptation/to assist the preparation of submission dossier
• To follow up the Ministry database daily and inform the RA team accordingly
• Becoming familiar with regulations
• To ensure the databases updated
• To participate internal meetings, if needed
• To prepare or maintain technical files as necessary to obtain and sustain product approval

Requirements

• Being a 3rd year or later undergraduate student in a Faculty of Pharmacy or Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• Able to work a minimum of 3 days availability per week
• Willingness to learn and develop personal qualifications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Turkish and English
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Strong learning agility
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in Microsoft Programs
