Job summary

Roche Pharma Turkey is seeking a Legal Intern to join the Legal Team. The role focuses on optimizing department processes and supporting the improvement of the Legal & Sustainability strategy.

Ideal candidates are 3rd or 4th year law students with a flexible schedule of at least 3 days per week. Strong English, confidentiality, and teamwork are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform optimization of Legal & Sustainability Department processes projects.
• Support legal consultancy for improvement of Legal & Sustainability strategy.
• Assist with improvement of legal workflows including review and archiving of contracts.
• Assist with electronic and physical archiving of the department.
• Support department’s main tasks such as contract reviews and monitoring regulation updates.

• Perform Optimization of Legal & Sustainability Department Processes Project
• Support Legal Consultancy for the improvement of Legal & Sustainability Strategy
• Support Legal Consultancy for the improvement of Legal & Sustainability workflows including provision of advice, review and archiving of contracts
• Support Legal Consultancy for the improvement of electronic and physical archiving of the department
• Support Legal & Sustainability department’s main tasks such as contract reviews, monitoring regulation updates and conducting research on the relevant legal topics
