Job summary

Biopharma Careers invites a Long Term Intern to join the Regulatory Affairs team in Istanbul, Turkey. The trainee will support BI systems, assist translations and dossier preparation, and track the Ministry database to keep RA informed.

Applicants should be in their 3rd year or later of Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering, able to work at least 3 days a week, and possess strong Turkish and English communication skills along with a willingness to learn and take ownership.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a 3rd year or later undergraduate in Pharmacy, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• Willingness to learn and develop personal qualifications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

• Support RA team in maintaining BI systems.
• Assist translation and dossier adaptation; help prepare submission dossiers.
• Monitor Ministry database daily and inform RA team accordingly.
• Familiarize with regulations.
• Ensure databases are up to date.
• Participate in internal meetings; assist in maintaining technical files for product approval.
