Job summary

FLORMAR is seeking a Field Operations professional based in Ankara to open new retail stores and coordinate with HR, IT, Logistics, Audit, Finance, Education, and Marketing. You will visit stores, ensure safe operations, and transfer daily sales to the bank.

You will lead recruitment and development with HR for store staff, oversee training, and drive store performance through KPI tracking and annual targets. Strong communication and travel flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Resident in Ankara.
• Bachelor’s degree from related departments.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Retail.
• Excellent command of English and MS Office programs.
• Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• No restriction to travel.

Responsibilities

• Set up and open stores for Retail Stores to be opened.
• Coordinate between stores and head-office departments (HR-IT-Logistics-Audit-Finance-Education-Marketing).
• Plan and perform regular visits to retail stores.
• Ensure safe operation and transfer daily sales amounts to the bank.
• Create work programs for stores to maintain processes.
• Manage visual merchandising and ensure continuity of store layouts.
• Inform teams about campaigns, discounts, and new products for stores.
• Oversee stock control and manage stock changes for stores.
