Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Medical Affairs Manager to lead medical strategy across the CEEMEA region, focusing on Advanced Surgery and Anesthesia portfolios.

You will partner with commercial and cross-functional teams to advance medical initiatives and ensure scientific excellence. The role requires strong engagement with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies, plus hands-on field activities, educational programs, and observerships in OR settings.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of disease states, clinical guidelines, and therapies in the therapeutic area.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for decision making.
• Develops medical strategies aligned with global and regional objectives.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and document Medical Inquiries (Med Info).
• Prepare, review, and approve scientific slides, brochures, letters, and reports.
• Give and moderate lectures, presentations, webinars, and trainings.
• Conduct field visits to KOLs for peer-to-peer medical discussions.
• Plan and execute medical initiatives: advisory boards, RTDs, symposia, sponsorships, masterclasses.
