Job summary

Baxter Healthcare is seeking a Medical Affairs Manager for the CEEMEA region to develop and execute medical strategy across Advanced Surgery and Anesthesia portfolios. You will work with cross-functional teams, provide scientific guidance, and engage external stakeholders including KOLs and regulatory bodies.

Role requires travel to multiple countries, presence in OR settings for discussions with surgeons and anesthesiologists, and leadership of medical education initiatives while ensuring

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of disease states, clinical guidelines, and treatment pathways.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable medical insights for stakeholders.
• Designs and executes medical strategies aligned with regional objectives.
• Maintains relationships with external stakeholders and regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Medical Inquiries (Med Info) and document appropriately.
• Prepare and approve scientific slides, letters, and reports for internal/external use.
• Deliver lectures, webinars, and trainings to audiences including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and KOLs.
• Engage with KOLs through field visits and scientific exchanges to support evidence generation.
• Plan and execute medical initiatives (advisory boards, RTDs, symposia, etc.) and manage budgets.
