Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking an experienced ERP-focused lead for the METSA BU to oversee Bill to Cash processes within the new ERP implementation. You will align BU requirements with global standards and drive data design, testing and deployment across finance and sales functions.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in finance-related ERP roles, strong stakeholder skills and hands-on SAP/Oracle/Workday experience, with a view to a 2.5–3 year transformation project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Technology, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Bill to Cash or Finance.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar).
• Experience in ERP transformation or Order to Cash process standardization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary representative of the BU in all discussions related to Bill to Cash.
• Ensure BU Bill to Cash requirements are reflected in the global ERP implementation and design.
• Collaborate with Order to Cash, Make to Deliver and Finance teams for integrated end-to-end design.
• Work with IT, Order to Cash and Finance teams for seamless ERP integration of billing and cash processes.
• Assist in data migration, reconciliation and validation before go-live.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual bill to cash processing tasks.
