Job summary

Marsh is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition Operations team, supporting recruitment across EMEA with a focus on the Mediterranean region. You will collaborate with TACs, HMs and HRBPs to ensure a smooth candidate experience and efficient administrative support.

You will schedule interviews, handle pre-employment screenings, generate offers and contracts, drive pre-boarding activities and contribute to employer branding projects.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (min. B2+/C1).
• Good command of MS Office; modify text structure in Word or create Excel reports.
• Very good attention to detail.
• Ability to manage different priorities simultaneously.
• Business maturity; comfortable working with country leaders and hiring managers at top levels.

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Operations team to support recruitment efforts across EMEA (with main focus on Mediterranean region).

As a Recruitment Coordinator you will have an opportunity to work closely with Talent Acquisition Consultants (TACs), Hiring Mangers (HMs) and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and be responsible for all kind of administrative tasks oriented at ensuring the best recruitment experience for candidates and for other parties involved in the recruitment process.

We will count on you to:

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers (HMs) located in EMEA region.


• Initiate and monitor the pre-employment screenings.


• Generate offer letters and contracts for new joiners to our business units.


• Proceed in all pre-boarding activities for the new joiners.


• Take part in various project-related activities concerning employer branding and recruitment.

What you need to have:

• Fluency in English (min. B2+/C1) is a must.


• Good command of MS Office (you should be able to modify the structure and appearance of text in MS Word or create an Excel report from time to time).


• Very good attention to detail.


• You should be able to manage different priorities at the same time.


• Business maturity - you should feel comfortable working with country leaders and hiring managers at top levels within our organization.

What makes you stand out?

• Proficiency in one or more additional European languages would be considered a strong advantage.


• Proven track record of experience in a similar position.


• Previous experience with Workday/ServiceNow.
