Michael Page Enterprise Solutions seeks a Candidate Experience Partner to manage candidates from application to shortlisting, across internal mobility, referrals, direct applicants and external sourcing. The Candidate Experience Partner will be fully responsible for managing every candidate from application to shortlisting, including those from internal mobility, employee referrals, direct applicants, and sourced candidates. This role focuses on identifying and attracting top talent through innovative and collaborative techniques while ensuring a seamless and positive experience

Description

• Leverage data-driven insights by analyzing sourcing and conversion data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, optimize strategies, and enhance the overall candidate experience.
• Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Partners to align on role requirements, ensuring a structured and efficient hiring process.
• Identify, attract, and engage top talent across all candidate sources-including internal mobility, employee referrals, direct applicants, and externally sourced talent-using innovative sourcing methods and advanced techniques like Boolean searches.
• Manage the entire candidate journey from application to shortlisting, ensuring a seamless process by screening and selecting suitable applicants before presenting a refined shortlist to Hiring Managers.
• Build and nurture a strong pipeline of potential future candidates while maintaining clear and consistent communication to provide a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring process.
• Assess candidate suitability through phone screens and/or video interviews (live or on-demand), document feedback, and ensure timely follow-up with Hiring Managers to facilitate decision-making.
• Act as a sourcing business partner by collaborating with Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, and key stakeholders to continuously improve talent acquisition processes, driving efficiency and innovation.

Profile

• Native level in German, fluent level in English
• In-depth knowledge of sourcing strategies, including Boolean search techniques, social media and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), and innovative candidate engagement practices.
• Strong understanding of labour market trends, talent availability, and industry-specific recruitment challenges to inform sourcing strategies and advise hiring managers
• Prior experience in sourcing candidates, conducting market research, and leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and other social media channels to identify and engage top talent.
