As a Real Estate Agent at Antalya Homes ®, you will play a key role in connecting buyers and sellers. Your main responsibilities will involve guiding buyers throughout the marketing and purchasing process, helping them find the right property at the best price under reliable and favorable conditions. We offer extensive training and support, including a two-week online onboarding program to equip you with the skills needed for success.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accompany clients during property viewings
• Advise clients on property suitability, features, and value
• Present purchase offers to prospective buyers
• Assess clients’ needs and financial capabilities to propose appropriate solutions
• Provide guidance on market conditions, negotiation, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
• Prepare necessary documentation, including contracts
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market
• Create detailed property listings, including location, features, images, and other relevant information
• Review purchase contracts to ensure compliance with termsEnsure fair, honest, and transparent dealings between buyers and sellers
