Job description

As a Real Estate Agent at TEKCE, you will be the crucial link between sellers and buyers, guiding them through one of life's most significant transactions. Your role is to be a trusted expert, ensuring a smooth and successful experience for every client.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

• Accompany buyers during the viewing tour
• Advise clients on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting
• Present purchase offers to potential buyers
• Identify customers’ needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
• Provide advice to customers on market conditions, negotiation processes, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, etc.)
• Stay informed about the real estate market
• Create lists for real estate sales properties that include information such as location, features, images, etc.
• Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met
• Ensure fair and honest dealing
