Job summary

At Elekta, a Clinical Applications Specialist (CAS) delivers expert training and remote/on-site support for Oncology professionals, ensuring effective use of Elekta software and hardware. You will tailor education programs, document site preparations, and collaborate with the service and product teams to improve customer outcomes.

Based in Morocco with up to 75% travel, you will communicate fluently in English and French, build long-term customer relationships, and contribute to pre-sales

Qualifications

• Master's degree in medical physics and minimum five years experience with clinical Radiation Oncology required.
• Strong clinical background in Radiation Therapy and working knowledge of clinical workflow.
• Fluent in English and French; excellent presentation skills and communication.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 75%.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Citrix and CLM systems; familiarity with Elekta products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive application training for customers on software and hardware solutions.
• Identify additional training requirements and develop follow-up training plans.
• Provide professional assistance with clinical application support cases.
• Ensure timely, professional handling of customer requests per contract obligations.
• Maintain long-term customer relationships and monitor training effectiveness.
