Job summary

Bilim İlaç Gebze location seeks an experienced R&D Analytical Development Executive to lead method development, validation and technology transfer for the Analytical Development Department. The role collaborates with project teams to align analytical activities with registrational strategies.

The ideal candidate holds a Ph.D. or equivalent in Analytical Chemistry with 8+ years in pharmaceutical analytical development, strong English communication, and proven ability to manage external contract

We are looking for a “R&D Analytical Development Executive” for Analytical Development Department at Gebze location. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below.

QUALIFICATION

• Degree in Analytical Chemistry or relevant scientific discipline. Ph.D., or equivalent work experience related to Analytical development is preferred. Prior management experience preferred,


• 8 years of experience within analytical development function in pharmaceutical industry,


• Scientific knowledge and experience in analytical chemistry in drug development and associated analytical requirements throughout the life cycle of the product,


• Experience with managing contract labs,


• Thorough understanding of the regulatory requirements in Generic products development,


• Preferably experienced in E&L (Extractables and Leachables) and N-nitrosamine risk assessment activities.


• Excellent written and communication skills to effectively represent the analytical issues with internal project teams, external contract organizations and senior management,


• Excellent oral and written communication in English,


• Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for leading the development, validation, implementation, and technology transfer of analytical test methods to support generic development pipeline.


• Drive strategic decisions to identify and implement those tests needed to fully characterize the physical and chemical properties of pharmaceutical materials (Drug Substances, Drug Products, Excipients, etc.).


• Responsible to develop and align analytical development activities with project teams, registrational and manufacturing strategies and timelines and build the technical capabilities and collaborative scientific and operational partnerships needed to effectively carry out the department mission in a quality standard as warranted.
