Job summary

Siemens Mobility Turkey is seeking a Quality Operations Support professional to assist senior engineers on railway project activities, including installation, inspection, testing and commissioning. The role is site-based and part-time, offering hands-on experience in a major mobility project.

The candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, be fluent in English, and willing to travel to project sites. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers with installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning activities across assigned railway project activities.
• Support site surveys, inspections, measurements, and technical assessments as required.
• Assist with troubleshooting activities and support the identification and resolution of technical issues under the guidance of experienced engineers.
• Support the preparation, review, and maintenance of technical documentation, installation records, inspection reports, and project documentation.
• Read and interpret basic engineering drawings, technical specifications, and installation procedures.
• Follow approved project procedures, HSE requirements, safety regulations, and quality standards during all site activities.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, technicians, and other project teams to complete assigned activities effectively and on schedule.
• Participate in site meetings, technical discussions, and project activities to gain practical knowledge of railway engineering and project execution.
• Apply engineering principles and develop practical knowledge of railway signalling and infrastructure systems under the guidance of senior engineers.

What Are My Responsibilities?
