Job summary

Freudenberg Kapakli/Tekirdag is seeking a Laboratory Specialist to oversee QC laboratory operations, perform equipment calibration/maintenance, and prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA).

You will support customer complaint investigations, ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other standards, and contribute to continuous improvement with strong analytical and teamwork skills. English proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of laboratory or quality control experience.
• Familiarity with ISO and testing standards.
• Experience with COA preparation and documentation.
• Good communication and teamwork; English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage laboratory operations, equipment maintenance, calibration and verification activities.
• Perform quality control testing of raw materials and finished products and maintain related records.
• Prepare and manage Certificates of Analysis (COA).
• Maintain witness samples and laboratory documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• Support customer complaint investigations through testing and reporting activities.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, and EHS requirements.
• Lead and support continuous improvement (OPEX) initiatives.
• Coordinate product inspections, audits and certification activities.
• Monitor laboratory budget needs and equipment investments.
