Job summary

Sensient Technologies Corporation is seeking a QA professional to ensure product compliance with food safety regulations and to provide risk assessments for our processes. This role focuses on maintaining documented systems and supporting internal and external customers.

You will work onsite in Gebze, participate in audits, and drive corrective actions while collaborating across functions. Fluent English and Turkish are required, and HACCP knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduated from Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related undergraduate departments.
• Experience with GFSI standards like BRCGS, IFS or FSSC 22000 and HACCP in food production.
• Disciplined, planned, and team-oriented.
• Fluent in English and Turkish (spoken and written).
• HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems training and internal auditor training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the food safety management system per standards and regulations.
• Update documentation, prepare approvals, and retire outdated docs.
• Perform routine hygiene and sanitation checks and track corrective actions.
• Initiate CAPA, conduct root cause analyses, document findings.
• Conduct internal audits and report results.

Job description

In this role, you will assure the compliance of our products with appropriate regulations, provide various data and risk assessments regarding our products and processes and serve as a resource to internal and external customers.

What you’ll do:

• Continuity of the food safety management system established according to food safety management system standards, legal regulations and customer requirements
• Maintain and update the documentation system, prepare documents for approval, and collect outdated documents from the field
• Perform routine hygiene and sanitation checks in line with food management system requirements, report identified nonconformities to relevant units, and track corrective actions and deadlines
• Initiate corrective and preventive actions, conduct root cause analyses, complete required documentation, and monitor actions through to effective closure
• Conducting internal audits in accordance with the plan, reporting audit results

What you’ll bring:

• Graduated from Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related undergraduate departments in recent graduate or equivalent years of experience in food quality assurance department
• Preferably experienced in GFSI Food Safety Management Standards BRCGS, IFS, FSSC 22000 and HACCP system in food production area
• Disciplined, strong in planning and work follow-up, prone to teamwork
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Turkish orally and in writing
• HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems Information Training Participation Certificate, Internal Auditor Training
