ENKA İnşaat ve Sanayi A.Ş. invites a Quality Control Engineer to join its Mozambique project, joining a large Turkish engineering and construction group with over 60 years of experience. The role focuses on field quality control across electrical and instrumentation disciplines, ensuring compliance with international standards.

Candidates should hold a B.Sc. in Electrical or Electrical-Electronics, have MV/LV exposure, and be comfortable with ITP/RFI/NCR processes, punch lists, and testing.

Formación

• B.Sc. in Electrical or Electrical-Electronics Engineering.
• Site experience in MV/LV distribution, cabling, lighting, grounding, instrumentation.
• Experienced in insulation, continuity, megger, loop check, and functional tests.
• Knowledge of IEC, IEEE, NEC, ATEX, ISO quality requirements.
• Experience in ITP, RFI, NCR, test reports, and punch lists.
• Hands-on with pressure, level, temperature, and flow transmitters and control valves.
• 3–5 years field QC experience in industrial plants or refineries.
• Ability to read SLDs, Loop, Wiring, and Hook-up drawings.
• ATEX/Compex certification is an asset.
• Familiar with generator and auxiliary power systems.
• MS Office proficient.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. degree in Electrical or Electrical-Electronics Engineering,
• Site experience in medium voltage (MV), low voltage (LV) distribution panels, cabling, lighting, grounding, cathodic protection, and instrumentation systems,
• Experienced in insulation testing, continuity testing, megger, loop check, functional tests, and grounding measurements,
• Good knowledge of IEC, IEEE, NEC, ATEX, and international electrical codes as well as ASME/ISO quality requirements,
• Experienced in preparing ITP (Inspection and Test Plan), RFI (Request for Inspection), NCR (Non-Conformance Report), test reports, and punch lists,
• Hands-on experience in installation and testing of pressure, level, temperature, and flow transmitters, control valves, junction boxes, and marshalling panels,
• Minimum 3-5 years of field quality control experience, preferably in industrial plants, power plants, or refinery projects,
• Actively involved in welding, installation, and testing phases within Electrical or Instrument disciplines,
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (Single Line Diagram, Loop Diagram, Wiring Diagram, Hook-up Drawing, etc.),
• Having Compex/ATEX certification is an asset,
• Familiarity with generator electrical systems, excitation systems, and auxiliary power systems,
• Good command of Microsoft Office programs.
