Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree in business or related fields, at least three years of experience in food purchasing in retail, and strong English, negotiation, and MS Office skills. A commercial mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Preferably experienced in food purchasing operations within the retail sector.
• Proficient in English.
• Proficient in MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage food purchasing operations for Alshaya's food brands (Starbucks, Pinkberry, Shake Shack).
• Actively participate in tracking product costs, managing relevant budgets, and cash flow.
• Manage strategic communication and planning with brand teams both abroad and in Turkey.
• Analyze and improve supplier production, order, and delivery processes.
• Possess operational and analytical skills in researching, evaluating, and developing alternative products and suppliers.
• Follow standard product/seasonal product planning and improve related performances.
• Develop projects for savings and long-term growth plans in line with the company's vision and brand strategies.
