Job summary

Sensient Technologies Corporation is seeking a QA professional to ensure product compliance with global regulations and customer requirements. You will support data and risk assessments across products and processes while acting as a resource to internal and external customers.

The role involves maintaining documentation, conducting routine hygiene checks, and driving CAPA with timely closure. Fluency in English and Turkish is required; onsite work five days per week in Gebze.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Familiar with GFSI standards (BRCGS, IFS, FSSC 22000) and HACCP.
• Strong planning, documentation, and teamwork.
• Proficient in English and Turkish (oral & written).
• HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems trainings/certificates included.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuity of the food safety management system per standards and regulations.
• Maintain and update documentation; prepare approval documents and retire outdated files.
• Perform routine hygiene and sanitation checks; report nonconformities and track corrective actions.
• Initiate corrective and preventive actions; conduct root cause analyses and close actions.
• Conduct internal audits and report audit results as per schedule.

Job description

In this role, you will assure the compliance of our products with appropriate regulations, provide various data and risk assessments regarding our products and processes and serve as a resource to internal and external customers.

What you’ll do:

• Continuity of the food safety management system established according to food safety management system standards, legal regulations and customer requirements
• Maintain and update the documentation system, prepare documents for approval, and collect outdated documents from the field
• Perform routine hygiene and sanitation checks in line with food management system requirements, report identified nonconformities to relevant units, and track corrective actions and deadlines
• Initiate corrective and preventive actions, conduct root cause analyses, complete required documentation, and monitor actions through to effective closure
• Conducting internal audits in accordance with the plan, reporting audit results

What you’ll bring:

• Graduated from Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related undergraduate departments in recent graduate or equivalent years of experience in food quality assurance department
• Preferably experienced in GFSI Food Safety Management Standards BRCGS, IFS, FSSC 22000 and HACCP system in food production area
• Disciplined, strong in planning and work follow-up, prone to teamwork
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Turkish orally and in writing
• HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems Information Training Participation Certificate, Internal Auditor Training
