Job summary

Farmasi, headquartered in Çekmeköy, Istanbul, is seeking a Quality Assurance Executive to join its Quality Assurance Department. You will oversee Quality Management Systems, ensure regulatory compliance for cosmetic and OTC products, and drive continuous improvement across functions.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field, with 5+ years in QA/regulatory affairs in multinationals, strong English, and hands-on QMS experience (QDMS).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of QA and/or regulatory affairs experience, preferably in multinational pharma, cosmetics, or FMCG.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Hands-on experience with QDMS or similar Quality Management System software.
• GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 internal auditor certifications preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and ensure the effectiveness and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems.
• Monitor and follow applicable regulations and regulatory requirements for cosmetic and OTC products intended for domestic and international markets.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the processes, procedures, and systems required to manage QA activities in compliance with FDA, ISO 9001, ISO 22716, cGMP, and applicable OTC requirements.
• Regularly monitor and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Ensure effective communication between Management, Production, and relevant departments to support the efficient execution of QA processes.
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on improvement and corrective action projects related to products, processes, and Quality Management Systems.
• Prepare quality-related reports, analyses, and documentation requested by Senior Management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality awareness and quality culture across the company and within the QA Department.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to join our Quality Assurance Department at our Headquarters in Çekmeköy, Istanbul.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
• Hands-on experience with QDMS or similar Quality Management System (QMS) software
• GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Internal Auditor certifications are preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and result-oriented mindset
• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
• Excellent planning, organizational, and follow-up skills
