Job summary

Castrol's Gemlik plant in Bursa region seeks a quality and laboratory professional to ensure raw materials and finished lubricants meet strict standards. You will perform sample analysis, maintain logs, and support audits while collaborating with blending, filling and plant quality teams.

The role requires a chemistry degree and 1–2 years in quality/laboratory work, with readiness for plant shifts including nights and strong communication within a team.

Qualifications

• University degree in Chemistry.
• 1–2 years of quality and laboratory experience.
• Ability to prepare and analyse lubricant samples and keep records.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, prepare and analyse samples from raw materials and production to support QA.
• Maintain sample logs and laboratory procedures; report results accurately.
• Help prepare for ISO 17025, ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 audits.
• Coordinate equipment, calibration, validation and maintenance with suppliers.
• Support quality culture and ensure compliance with Castrol quality policies.
