Justlife Home Services in Turkey is seeking a hands-on Quality Assurance Engineer to own testing across mobile, web, and backend systems. You’ll work closely with developers to catch bugs early, build AI-driven testing practices, and reduce defect escapes as the engineering team scales.

Qualifications

• Hands-on QA with strong test design and bug investigation skills.
• Experience improving defect escape rates and test coverage across mobile, web, and backend.

Responsabilités

• Drive defect escape rates down and improve resolution velocity across mobile/web/backend.
• Participate in product and technical grooming to surface risks early.
• Collaborate with Automation team to expand regression suites and decide automation vs manual tests.
• Own testing for Scrum commitments: regression, exploratory, integration, and end-to-end tests as needed.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate test scenario creation and reduce repetitive work.
• Build relationships with developers and cross-functional partners; be the QA voice in grooming sessions.
• Identify and implement at least one AI-driven QA initiative within six months and measure impact.
