Job summary

Danone Türkiye seeks a Proxy & AFH Sales Executive to drive growth across Proxy and AFH channels, manage distributor relationships, and help meet regional targets.

You will collaborate with Trade Marketing, Sales Excellence, PRGM, Category & Channel Development, Marketing and Supply Chain to translate priorities into effective field execution, with travel up to 40% of time. The role offers a hybrid working model in a dynamic FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Previous sales experience in Traditional Trade / Proxy and/or AFH-HoReCa channels, preferably within FMCG.
• Strong understanding of distributor management, field sales operations and customer management.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and translate them into commercial actions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Good command of MS Office applications.
• Valid Class B driving license and willingness to travel 40% or more.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Sales & Channel Management;

• Execute Danone’s sales principles and channel strategies across Proxy and AFH customers,

• Deliver regional and channel targets including revenue, volume, profitability and market share,

• Develop and execute sales plans for the assigned region and channels, translating business priorities into effective field execution,

• Manage and steer distributor sales operations, ensuring strong execution, shipment coordination and achievement of agreed targets,

• Monitor sales performance and key commercial KPIs, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions when required,

• Support the effective management of end-to-end sales operations across the assigned customer base.

Customer & Business Development;

• Build strong, long-term relationships with Proxy, AFH and HoReCa customers, understanding their business needs and identifying mutually beneficial growth opportunities,

• Identify new customers, business opportunities and initiatives to increase sales and market penetration,

• Support customer negotiations, commercial agreements, contracts and other partnership processes,

• Maintain strong field presence through regular customer, store, warehouse and distributor visits.

Cross-Functional Collaboration;

• Collaborate closely with Trade Marketing, Sales Excellence, PRGM, Category & Channel Development, Marketing and Supply Chain teams to deliver channel and company objectives,

• Use sales data and performance insights to support decision-making and define actions that accelerate profitable growth.

About You

To be able to successful in the role, you need to have:

• Drive sustainable growth across Proxy and Away From Home (AFH) channels in line with sales, revenue and profitability targets,

• Build strong customer and distributor partnerships while ensuring effective execution of channel strategies and commercial priorities,

• Contribute to customer- and channel-specific plans to deliver net sales and profitable growth objectives,

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university,

• Previous sales experience in Traditional Trade / Proxy and/or AFH-HoReCa channels, preferably within FMCG,

• Strong understanding of distributor management, field sales operations and customer management,

• Ability to build strong customer relationships, understand business needs and translate them into commercial actions,

• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills,

• Good command of MS Office applications,

• Valid Class B driving license and willingness to travel 40% or more of working time.
