Job summary

KUZU GROUP is seeking a visionary Project Manager with leadership and extensive civil engineering experience to oversee international superstructure projects. You will manage all technical, administrative, contractual, legal and financial aspects from mobilization to handover, while coordinating with multinational teams and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 20+ years of site and management experience on large-scale projects, strong PM skills, and fluency in English to liaise with international

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
20+ years of active site and management experience on large-scale superstructures.
Strong PM skills in planning, budgeting, cost control, and resource management.

Responsibilities

Manage all technical, administrative, contractual, legal, and financial processes from mobilization to handover.
Establish and monitor the master project schedule; coordinate site teams to ensure timely delivery.
Oversee budgets, cash flow, cost control, and compliance with standards and regulations.
Supervise procurement, subcontracting, and supplier coordination; manage progress payments.
Prepare periodic progress and cost reports for stakeholders and board of directors.
