Job summary

P.I. Works, Inc. is seeking a software customer support engineer to join our global team in Istanbul/Fatih.

You will provide exceptional service to customers, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with product and engineering to deploy updates and fixes for 5G OSS solutions. The role requires solid SQL knowledge, familiarity with C++/C#/Java and .NET, and good English communication. Prior OSS experience and mobile tech understanding are a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of database architecture and a good command of SQL.
• Good understanding of programming in C++/C#/Java and .NET framework is an asset.
• Good understanding of one or more OSS products is an asset.
• Technical understanding of 2G/3G/4G/5G mobile technologies, including RAN standards, architectures, protocols, and services is an asset.
• Passionate and self-motivated individual capable of troubleshooting and solving complex customer issues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both verbal and written English
