Oredata Yazılım Limited Şirketi seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead data governance, data quality, and regulatory reporting initiatives in international banking projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within complex regulatory contexts.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in banking/data project management, strong stakeholder communication, and hands-on experience with data warehouses and data integration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in banking/data projects.
• Proven experience in data governance, data management and data quality initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehouse concepts, data integration, data flows and data management processes.
• Experience managing large-scale IT projects including planning, tracking, risk and stakeholder coordination.
• Knowledge of banking finance and risk management processes; regulatory reporting experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting in banking; hands-on experience is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving with proactive risk, issue and dependency management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate large-scale IT projects related to data governance, data quality, data management and regulatory reporting in banking.
• Coordinate data inventory management, data standardization, and data quality initiatives across projects and business units.
• Oversee activities related to financial and critical data management ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate Data Warehouse projects including data integration, data flows and data management processes.
• Collaborate with business units, IT data teams and stakeholders to align objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Manage project planning, progress tracking, status reporting, risk and dependency management, and action follow-ups.
• Support data process coordination related to regulatory reporting, finance and risk management.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and drive timely, solution-oriented actions for delivery.
• Ensure activities align with data governance frameworks and standards.

Requirements:
