Job summary

Oredata Yazılım A.Ş. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead data governance, data quality and regulatory reporting initiatives within banking projects across the EMEA region.

You will coordinate large IT programs, align business and technical stakeholders, and ensure delivery on time and within standards. We value strong data management expertise, risk and dependency management, and hands-on experience with Data Warehouse and data integration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of PM experience, banking and data projects preferred.
• Proven data governance, data management and data quality experience.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and data integration.
• Experience managing large IT projects: planning, risks, dependencies, stakeholders.
• Familiar with banking finance, risk management, regulatory reporting.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination and proactive problem solving.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in the banking sector and data-related projects.
• Proven experience in Data Governance, data management, and data quality initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehouse concepts, data integration, data flows, and data management processes.
• Experience managing large-scale IT projects, including project planning, status tracking, risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Knowledge of banking finance and risk management processes, preferably with experience in data-driven projects in these areas.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting processes in the banking sector; hands-on experience is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and align technical and business stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to managing project risks, issues, and dependencies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Project Manager in banking projects involving Data Warehouse, Data Governance, finance, risk management, or regulatory reporting.
• Experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder projects involving both technical teams and business units.

• Manage and coordinate large-scale IT projects related to data governance, data quality, data management, and regulatory reporting within the banking sector.
• Coordinate data inventory management, data standardization, and data quality initiatives across multiple projects and business units.
• Oversee project activities related to financial and critical data management, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with relevant standards and requirements.
• Coordinate Data Warehouse projects, including data integration, data flows, and data management processes.
• Collaborate with business units, IT teams, data teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Manage project planning, progress tracking, status reporting, risk management, dependency management, and action follow-up.
• Support the coordination and integration of data processes related to regulatory reporting, finance, and risk management.
• Identify project risks, resolve issues, and drive timely, solution-oriented actions to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure project activities align with established data governance frameworks, data standards, and business requirements.
