Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Management Manager to lead a team delivering management services aimed at achieving the company’s strategic objectives. The role spans initiating through completion of projects within the Project Management function.

You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, manage procurement, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration to support CBRE’s growth and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive information and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and other Office tools.
• Strong organizational skills and analytical mindset.
• Intermediate math skills for percentages and financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities and schedules.
• Oversee all phases of project management including procurement and planning.
• Ensure contract procurement, negotiation, and closeout are compliant and timely.
• Monitor billing, AR collection, expenses, staffing, and full P&L to EBITDA.
• Work cross-functionally with other lines to achieve objectives.
• Identify and mitigate day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
