Job summary

METRO Türkiye, İstanbul merkezli uluslararası gıda toptancısı olarak, iç denetim ve süreç iyileştirme konularında deneyimli bir ekip arıyor. Pozisyon, mağaza denetimleri, raporlama ve merkez- saha işbirliğiyle süreç iyileştirmeleri içerir.

Enerjik bir aday, saha ziyaretleriyle yoğun bir iş akışında çalışarak süreçleri uçtan uca analiz edecek ve bulguları net bir şekilde yönetime iletecektir.

Qualifications

• Endüstri Mühendisliği alanında lisans derecesi ve en az 4 yıl ilgili tecrübe.
• Grocery veya gıda perakende sektöründe en az 2 yıl deneyim.
• İç denetim/operasyonel denetim veya benzeri alanlarda tecrübe.
• Süreçleri uçtan uca analiz etme, bağımlılıkları belirleme ve etkisini değerlendirme.

Responsibilities

• Mağazalarda planlı, rutin ve isteğe bağlı süreç denetimleri yapmak.
• Alan ihtiyaçları ve risk alanlarına göre denetim planları geliştirilmesine katkıda bulunmak.
• Mağaza operasyonlarının ticari standartlar, envanter yönetimi, mal kabulü, atık yönetimi, nakit ve mali kontroller, gıda güvenliği, personel süreçleri ve yasal gereklilikleri gibi unsurlarını değerlendirmek.
• Bulguları mağaza yöneticilerine net ve yapıcı şekilde iletmek; farklı görüşleri yönetmek.
• Bulguları analiz ederek kök nedenleri belirlemek ve iyileştirme aksiyonları geliştirmek.
• Denetim sonuçlarını raporlamak ve yönetim için net, eyleme dönük raporlar hazırlamak; kararlaştırılan eylem planlarını takip etmek.
• Mağaza ile merkez ofis süreçleri arasındaki bağımlılıkları değerlendirerek uçtan uca süreç iyileştirmelerine katkıda bulunmak; şüpheli muhasebe/uyumsuzluk soruşturmalarında gerektiğinde Metro AG ile işbirliği yapmak.

• Conduct planned, routine, and ad-hoc process audits at stores,
• Contribute to the development of audit plans based on field needs, operational priorities, and identified risk areas,
• Evaluate key store operations, including commercial standards, inventory management, goods receiving, waste management, cash and financial controls, food safety, employee-related processes, equipment, physical conditions, and legal requirements,
• Communicate audit findings to store managers in an objective, clear, and constructive manner, while professionally managing differing opinions and objections,
• Analyze recurring or systematic findings, identify root causes, and contribute to the development of improvement actions with relevant process owners,
• Identify process ambiguities, overlaps, and control weaknesses, and develop recommendations for improving processes, workflows, and practices,
• Analyze audit results and prepare clear, concise, and action-oriented reports for management, while following up on agreed action plans until completion,
• Evaluate the interdependencies between store and head office processes and contribute to end-to-end process improvements; support investigations into suspected irregularities and joint audit activities conducted with Metro AG when required.

Nitelikler

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial Engineering,
• Min 4 years of experience in related areas,
• At least 2 years of experience in the grocery or food retail sector, with a strong understanding of store operations.
• Experience in internal audit, operational audit, process analysis, process improvement, or similar fields,
• Strong ability to analyze processes end-to-end, identify interdependencies between processes, and assess their potential impact,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis based on data and audit findings,
• Excellent communication, influencing, and conflict management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with field and store teams,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and the ability to quickly learn and actively use digital systems,
• Good command of English and willingness to work actively in the field, including frequent store visits.
