Job summary

La Lorraine Bakery Group is launching a two-year trainee program for early-career professionals with a technical background in food technology. The program offers hands-on experience and leadership development, with a view to a future Production Technologist role within the group.

You will work on projects across Bakery, Viennoiserie, and other product families, gain exposure to international teams and sites, and travel within Europe as needed to drive growth and learn.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Technology or related field.
• Ideally, 2-3 years experience in the food industry.
• Strong understanding of English.
• Passion for food and innovation.
• Eagerness to learn and grow.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and independence.
• Willingness to travel within Europe.

• Product Expertise: Explore our key product groups: Bakery, Sweet On‑The‑Go, Viennoiserie, and Savory
• Technical Skills: Gain in-depth knowledge of LLBG products, industrial lines, Technologist tools, and NPD processes
• Project Management: Lead and support projects, manage stakeholders, and collaborate across international teams & sites
• Professional Development: Enhance skills in communication, training, and international collaboration

Your profile

• Degree in Food Technology or related field
• Ideally, 2-3 years experience in the food industry
