Job summary

Banvit MBRF in Turkey is seeking a Production/Quality professional focused on food safety and product quality. You will perform regular controls, inspect incoming materials, and support internal and external audits to ensure audit readiness.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, at least 1 year of production or quality experience, and familiarity with HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in production or quality roles.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and quality management systems.
• Familiarity with Excel and ERP systems.
• Ability to follow Halal production requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food safety and product quality through regular controls, inspections, and monitoring activities.
• Inspect incoming raw materials and report any non-conformities.
• Support internal and external audits and maintain audit readiness.
• Identify, report, and follow up corrective and preventive actions in production.
• Make decisions on product release or usage in case of deviations.
• Conduct process trials and support continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain and apply food safety and quality systems (HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO standards).
• Participate in HACCP activities, including traceability tests and documentation.
• Monitor hygiene and cleaning processes and report issues.
• Communicate food safety and quality concerns to the Quality Assurance team.
