Job summary

Banvit MBRF in Bandırma, Türkiye, invites you to join as an Industrial Engineer focused on optimizing production KPIs and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing sites.

You will train production teams, collaborate with maintenance, and implement innovative solutions to improve yield, productivity and efficiency while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Food Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1 year of work experience in an industrial setting.
• Familiar with SDCA and improvement projects (PDCA), Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support factories in managing production KPIs, addressing gaps in cost, productivity, efficiency, and yield (general and index).
• Identify opportunities to enhance technical indicators by applying internal and external benchmarks and sharing best practices.
• Provide technical training to production teams, fostering knowledge transfer across the company.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to implement market-available or new innovative solutions.
• Propose process improvements or CAPEX projects that boost profitability while ensuring safety, quality, and cost alignment.
• Promote the MBRF Management System in production areas by standardizing procedures and tools.
• Lead target-setting (CSR, Tactical Plans, PDCA, 3G reports) and monitor project execution using appropriate methodologies.
• Share best practices across all units to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering or a related department
• 1 year of work experience in an industrial environment
• Understanding of routine management tools (SDCA) and improvement projects (PDCA), Six Sigma and Lean methodologies
• Familiarity with technical metrics (yield, productivity, efficiency)
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office tools (Excel/PowerPoint/PowerBI)
• Open to domestic travel
• Based in Bandırma or open to relocation
