Job summary

Ajax Systems, a leading international technology company, is expanding its Türkiye-based production facility in Istanbul (Tuzla). The role focuses on developing and optimizing production processes, supporting automation tools, and ensuring Lean, Kaizen, and 5S practices on the floor to improve efficiency and quality.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in industrial engineering with at least 3 years in electronics manufacturing, strong analytical skills, teamwork, and good English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production processes.
• Experience in preparing technical documentation, process analysis, and optimization.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, 5S, and Kaizen.
• Good command of English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update technological documentation (instructions, assembly schemes, route maps, quality standards).
• Support the development of production processes, equipment, and automation tools.
• Define and create technical requirements for devices, equipment, and special tools.
• Calculate material and energy consumption standards, and analyze process efficiency.
• Ensure continuous improvement of production processes and participate in projects to enhance quality and productivity.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen practices on the production floor.
• Develop and lead cost-saving projects focused on continuous improvement.
• Analyze and improve production processes to enhance overall efficiency.
• Conduct line balancing studies to optimize production flow.
• Perform productivity analyses and propose actions to increase production effectiveness.
• Provide training to production staff on technical knowledge, processes, and improvement methods
