Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc is seeking university students or graduates for a temporary engineering position in Marmara Bölgesi, Fatih. You will be involved in monitoring production efficiency and supporting continuous improvements.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English, has an Engineering degree, and can work 5 days a week during the year-long management training program. Experience with SAP systems is beneficial for this role.

Qualifications

• University students or bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Able to work 5 days a week during the one-year MT program.
• Fluent speaking and writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) data.
• Perform shipment transactions through SAP system.
• Analyze production line downtime and report root causes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to minimize scrap.
