Job summary

Yazaki North America, Inc. seeks a Production Engineer to be based at our plant in Akyazı, Sakarya, Turkey. You will support production on the shop floor, drive lean initiatives, and ensure KPI-driven performance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, fluency in English, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally. SAP and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical/Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 quality standards.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Track daily production outputs and investigate root causes.
• Lead continuous improvement actions on the shop floor.
• Analyze KPI metrics and support IATF audit processes.
• Collaborate with foremen and shift supervisors to maintain workflow.
• Prepare high-level presentations for executive leadership.
