Decathlon Turkey is seeking a Production Industrialization Specialist for the Seamless unit to join our team and drive industrialization processes in production, ensuring seamless integration of new products.

You will lead cross-functional projects, collaborate globally, and travel across Türkiye and France. This role offers hybrid work options and opportunities for growth within a dynamic sport-retailer network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.

Job Description:

As a Production Industrialization Specialist you will be in Production team and manage the Seamless Industrialization processes.

Qualifications:

• Holding a Bachelor's Degree
• An excellent command of written and spoken English
• Having +4 years of experience in relevant positions
• Strong communication, agility skills
• Able to travel.
• Technical & industrial mindset oriented
• Having a problem solver, negotiator mindset
• Demonstrates strong team spirit and enjoys collaborating within a global network

Responsibilities:

• Natural rigor in transforming informal discussions into clear deliverables, standards, and action plans.
• Strong project management skills paired with leadership and a positive, motivating attitude to bring clarity and energy to cross-functional teams.
• Ability to navigate tension between Central Design (innovation) and Plant constraints (cost/lead time) with diplomacy and firmness.
• Quick-witted, proactive, and resilient when facing technical roadblocks in production.

Location & Mobility

• Regular travel availability across Türkiye and France.
