Job summary

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree, 3+ years in relevant production fields, and proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, SAP PP, and Excel. English fluency is required.
Qualifications
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pumps, fluid systems, machinery production or mechanical assembly.
- Strong English proficiency.
- Experience with SAP PP production planning and BOM creation.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen or continuous improvement projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop mechanical assembly and production processes for pump and booster systems.
- Implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency.
- Participate in localization projects for new products.
- Conduct root cause analyses and develop solutions for technical issues during production.
- Monitor and report production data through SAP.
- Work in coordination with production, quality, and supply chain teams.
- Contribute to standardization and process improvement on production lines.
