Wilo Türkiye seeks a Production Engineer to bolster the Production Department and drive efficiency across pump and booster assembly. The role emphasizes strong teamwork with production, quality, and supply chain, plus engaging in localization and new product introductions.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree, 3+ years in relevant production fields, and proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, SAP PP, and Excel. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pumps, fluid systems, machinery production or mechanical assembly.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Experience with SAP PP production planning and BOM creation.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen or continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop mechanical assembly and production processes for pump and booster systems.
• Implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency.
• Participate in localization projects for new products.
• Conduct root cause analyses and develop solutions for technical issues during production.
• Monitor and report production data through SAP.
• Work in coordination with production, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Contribute to standardization and process improvement on production lines.

We are looking for a Production Engineer to join the Production Department of our organization in Turkey.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop mechanical assembly and production processes for pump and booster systems
• Implement process improvement activities to enhance production efficiency
• Participate in new product localization projects
• Conduct root cause analyses and develop solutions for technical issues arising during production
• Monitor and report production data through SAP
• Work in coordination with production, quality, and supply chain teams
• Contribute to standardization and process improvement activities on production lines

Job Requirements

• Graduated from universities, preferably from the Department of Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pumps, fluid systems, machinery production, or mechanical assembly
• Advanced English proficiency
• Proficient in using SolidWorks and AutoCAD programs
• Knowledge of SAP PP production planning and BOM creation
• Experienced in reading and preparing technical projects
• Experience in product localization or new product commissioning processes is preferred
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or continuous improvement projects
• Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative and excellent communication skills
