Mindpicked, a recruitment firm, seeks a Production Engineer for a client in the pump technology sector. The role focuses on developing mechanical assembly and production processes for pump and booster systems in Tuzla, Istanbul.

The candidate should hold a Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering degree with 3–4 years of experience and excellent English. Skills with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, SAP PP, and Excel are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3–4 years of experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Experience in production planning and BOM creation is required.
• SAP PP knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience reading and preparing technical projects.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing/Kaizen or continuous improvement projects.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Residing on the Asian side of Istanbul, preferably Tuzla.

Responsibilities

• Develop mechanical assembly and production processes for pump and booster systems.
• Implement process improvement activities to enhance production efficiency.
• Participate in new product localization projects.
• Analyze materials for products and prepare BOMs and production recipes in SAP.
• Conduct root cause analyses and develop solutions for production issues.
• Monitor and report production data through SAP.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Support standardization and continuous improvement on production lines.
