Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in production environments, preferably electronics.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, Kanban).
• Familiarity with Trello and ClickUp preferred.
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Customer-oriented, detail-oriented, results-driven.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Completed military service for male candidates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that production processes are carried out efficiently, on time, and in accordance with defined standards, while maintaining sustainable operations.
• Monitor and manage the processes within the assigned area in line with company objectives, ensuring effective coordination with other departments.
• Ensure the organization, order, and continuity of the production area.
• Drive process improvement initiatives in line with quality and efficiency targets; prepare, maintain, and communicate process instructions and production documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety requirements and Quality Management System standards.
• Collect and analyze production data and monitor production processes on the shop floor.
• Ensure that production plans are completed on time.
• Regularly monitor actual daily production results against production plans and take corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Calculate standard operation times for defined production operations, analyze work methods, identify bottlenecks, and develop improved methods to enhance quality and productivity.
