Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,
- 1–2 years of experience in production environments, preferably in the electronics industry,
- Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, and Kanban,
- Familiarity with project/task management tools such as Trello and ClickUp is preferred,
- Ability to work onsite, take ownership, and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Customer-oriented, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications,
- Completed military service for male candidates.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that production processes are carried out efficiently, on time, and in accordance with defined standards, while maintaining sustainable operations,
- Monitor and manage the processes within the assigned area in line with company objectives, ensuring effective coordination with other departments,
- Ensure the organization, order, and continuity of the production area,
- Drive process improvement initiatives in line with quality and efficiency targets; prepare, maintain, and communicate process instructions and production documentation,
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety requirements and Quality Management System standards,
- Collect and analyze production data and monitor production processes on the shop floor,
- Ensure that production plans are completed on time,
- Regularly monitor actual daily production results against production plans and take corrective actions when deviations occur,
- Calculate standard operation times for defined production operations, analyze work methods, identify bottlenecks, and develop improved methods to enhance quality and productivity.
