Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing industries.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma projects
• Experience in CAPEX project management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manufacturing processes and maintenance to meet quality, cost, and efficiency targets.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations and support safety initiatives.
• Resolve complex production issues via root-cause analysis with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor and manage KPI targets.
• Collect and analyze process downtime data (e.g., TPM, OEE).
• Develop clear production and maintenance procedures and train operations staff.
• Lead continuous improvement projects for processes and equipment.
• Provide periodic, systematic production documentation to management.
• Coordinate R&D actions for product and process development.
• Ensure coordination across quality and manufacturing processes.
