Job summary

Modern Karton in Ataşehir seeks a Budget and Reporting Specialist to join our production finance team. You will own production cost reporting, prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports, and support closing activities.

You will collaborate with production, planning and accounting, ensure data accuracy, and drive process improvements using Excel, SAP FI/CO and BI tools. Fluency in English is preferred for professional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Economics or Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years in production reporting, cost accounting or budgeting in manufacturing.
• Strong English skills for professional use.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP FI/CO modules preferred or willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools like SAP BW/BI or Power BI.
• Interest in AI tools for data analysis and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports.
• Verify consumption data and conduct month-end closings.
• Analyze production costs, unit costs and cost changes.
• Support budgeting and forecasting with data preparation and reporting.
• Compare results against budget and prior periods, analyzing variances.
• Coordinate reporting with production, planning and accounting teams.
• Create ad-hoc reports for business needs.
• Contribute to improvements in reporting processes and automation.
