Job summary

Honda Türkiye A.Ş. in Konak is seeking a Production Planning & Control professional to develop and manage production schedules, capacity planning, and ramp-up activities.

You will coordinate new model preparation, manage BOM/config options, and work with cross-functional teams to improve delivery performance and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Industrial or a related field.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production planning and control processes.
• Prepare and monitor monthly and daily production schedules.
• Conduct capacity and resource planning to optimize efficiency.
• Coordinate new model preparation and ramp-up activities.
• Manage specification and configuration processes.
• Control Bill of Materials (BOM) and product options.
• Oversee production order management.
• Follow up on Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Purchasing, and Logistics teams.
• Monitor and improve delivery performance metrics.
• Perform data analysis and KPI tracking.
• Drive process improvement and standardization initiatives.
• Prepare reports and present insights to management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Industrial or a related field,

• Previous team management experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Experience in the automotive industry or strong automotive knowledge is a plus.
• Being an active motorcycle rider or having a strong interest in motorcycles is considered an asset.
