Role Description

The Product Specialist role at Ditanova is a full-time, on-site position based in Ankara, Türkiye. In this role, the Product Specialist will serve as a subject-matter expert for the company’s wound and burn care product portfolio, providing detailed product information and support to healthcare professionals and customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, delivering training sessions, and responding to product-related inquiries in a clear and timely manner. The Product Specialist will monitor market trends and customer feedback, analyze product performance data, and collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and support sales activities. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, participating in conferences or events, and ensuring that all communication aligns with regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications

• Strong product expertise and experience in Product Specialist or similar roles, preferably within healthcare or medical devices.
• Solid analytical skills for evaluating product performance, market data, and customer feedback to support data-informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information clearly and build effective relationships with healthcare professionals and internal teams.
• Customer service and sales skills to provide responsive support, handle inquiries professionally, and contribute to sales growth and customer retention.
