Job summary

Sysmex Türkiye, a leading medical device company, is seeking a Product Specialist to join our Marketing Department in İstanbul. The Product Specialist will provide on-site user training and support, assist with marketing activities in the TCAL region, and ensure the performance of Haematology and Haemostasis systems.

The ideal candidate will have vocational training in relevant fields and a minimum of 2 years of experience, along with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Advanced level in English.
• Possess a Class B driving license.
• Willingness to travel across Turkey.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site user training and scientific support.
• Assist distributors and end-users with product-related issues.
• Deliver product and application training to various target groups.

Job description

Sysmex Turkey, a leading medical device company, is seeking a Product Specialist to join our Marketing Department in İstanbul. The Product Specialist will provide on-site user training, user support, call center support, and scientific support for our Haematology and Haemostasis systems and will also contribute to marketing activities in the TCAL region

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to our distributors and end-users in the TCAL region with all issues related to applications and products, including training, installation, demonstrations, troubleshooting, and monitoring the performance of our Haematology and Haemostasis analysers in the area.
• Offer on-site assistance, as well as first and second-level application support, and create customized application solutions.
• Assist end-customers with any questions related to applications and products.
• Offer support for call center requests.
• Develop and deliver product and application training to various target groups.
• Provide support for marketing promotional activities, such as conferences, exhibitions customer presentations.
• Assist with product testing and evaluations, as well as local sales teams' presentations for customers.
• Work as a team member in the Marketing team and support all new initiatives.

Qualifications

• Vocational training in the laboratory (degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Molecular Biology ang Genetic, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering) with a minimum of 2 years of experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Customer-oriented with problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions
• Willingness to travel in all Turkey+ region
• Possess a Class B driving license
• Advanced level in English
