Location: İstanbul or Ankara Working style: Hybrid We are looking for a Product Owner or Senior Product Owner who is fluent in English to join our growing team and own our Speech Recognition (SR) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) products. These engines power voice agents, conversational analytics, and agent assist solutions for enterprise contact centers in 20+ countries, and are used both directly by enterprises and through partners who embed them into their own products. In this role, you will turn customer, market, and research input into a clear roadmap and backlog, working closely with engineering, R&D, QA, and customer-facing teams. If you ship fast, test early, and learn from real usage, this opportunity is for you. The level (Product Owner or Senior Product Owner) will be determined based on your experience. We have a customer base of 500 enterprises across 20 countries in the US, EU, and MENA regions.

• Ship MVPs fast and improve them with real user feedback.
• Run experiments and make decisions based on results rather than long analysis.
• Work with partners to understand how end users use our voices and speech models.
• Own the SR and TTS backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and prioritize by customer and business value.
• Run sprint ceremonies with your scrum team and keep the Azure DevOps board and product documentation up to date.
• Work with R&D to turn new models into product releases.
• Define quality targets with R&D, including accuracy (WER), naturalness (MOS), and latency.
• Collect needs from internal product teams, as Agentic AI, Agent Copilot, and Conversational Intelligence all depend on your products.
• Support Presales on RFPs and technical questions, and support the PS and Support teams on customer issues.
• Build the roadmap with your team lead, covering new languages, new voices, and on-prem and cloud deployment.
• Track competitors and open-source speech models.
• At Senior level: drive speech strategy across all products.
• At Senior level: lead customer escalations.
• At Senior level: guide junior team members.
• PSPO I certificate (expected within 6 months for Senior Product Owner hires).
• Coding experience in a software team.
• Experience with speech or ML products such as SR, TTS, voice AI, and LLMs.
• Understanding of model evaluation metrics (WER, MOS, latency).
• Knowledge of the contact center or customer service industry.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes-based deployments (cloud and on-prem).
• Experience with developer platforms, APIs as a product, or partner ecosystems.
• Daily use of AI tools in product work.
• Arabic language skills (not mandatory, but a strong advantage).

• Product Owner level: 1+ years as a PO, PM, business analyst, or software engineer at a software company.
• Senior Product Owner level: 4+ years of total experience, with at least 2 years as a PO or PM.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, a scale-up, or a B2C or B2B2C product.
• A bias for action: you prefer a working prototype over a long spec and make fast decisions with the data you have.
• Hands-on Scrum experience: you have owned a backlog and run sprints.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs and webhooks, and the ability to test an API with Postman.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Clear communication with both technical and business teams.
