Job summary

Yıldız Tech, established to support digital product journeys within the Yıldız group, seeks a Product Owner Lead to drive end-to-end product delivery. You will translate business needs into actionable outputs, manage the backlog, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered digital solutions with emphasis on AI tools usage and governance.

The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and a proactive ownership mindset in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS or related).
6+ years in product ownership, business analysis, digital product management, or similar roles.
Strong SDLC understanding and Agile experience; Scrum knowledge/certification is a plus.
Ability to work in an AI-driven product ownership model with AI tools.
Good command of English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Own digital products end-to-end from requirements to delivery and rollout.
Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications.
Prioritize backlog based on business value, user impact, and feasibility.
Collaborate with developers and technical teams across the SDLC.
Coordinate with UI/UX, testing, and rollout readiness activities.
