Job description

Founded in 2018, Marti is Türkiye’s leading mobility app, offering multiple transportation services to its riders. Marti operates a ride-hailing service that matches riders with car, motorcycle, and taxi drivers, and operates a large fleet of rental e-mopeds, e-bikes, and e-scooters. All of Marti’s offerings are serviced by proprietary software systems and IoT infrastructure.

Marti's vision is that everything on wheels will be electric and everything electric will be shareable. Since 2019, we have experienced significant growth and maintained robust unit economics year-round. Our goal is to expand our urban transportation services, introduce new environmentally sustainable and shared mobility options, and leverage our existing scale and customer base to offer technology-enabled services beyond transportation. By pursuing sustainable growth, we strive to positively impact the communities we serve and make a meaningful impact on the future of mobility.

Marti invites applications from dynamic, innovative and highly motivated candidates for the following position;

Responsibilities
  • Own the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring priorities are aligned with business objectives, customer needs, product strategy, and engineering capacity.
  • Lead backlog management, continuously prioritizing, refining, and maintaining a clear and actionable backlog.
  • Lead sprint planning and backlog refinement with engineering teams, ensuring that scope, priorities, dependencies, and expected outcomes are clearly understood.
  • Translate product strategy and roadmap initiatives into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Identify and prioritize product opportunities based on customer needs, business impact, marketplace dynamics, competitive insights, and data.
  • Lead the product development lifecycle from problem discovery and validation through delivery, launch, measurement, and iteration.
  • Work closely with UI/UX Designers to create new product experiences, improve existing user journeys, and evaluate designs against user needs, business goals, and product metrics.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX Designers on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, usability findings, and design iterations, ensuring consistent and intuitive passenger and driver experiences.
  • Work directly with engineering teams to define solutions, evaluate technical trade-offs, clarify scope, resolve blockers, and ensure effective delivery.
  • Manage relationships with business stakeholders, understand their needs and priorities, and translate business requirements into product initiatives.
  • Align business, engineering, design, data, and operations stakeholders around product priorities, scope, trade-offs, timelines, and expected outcomes.
  • Proactively manage conflicting stakeholder priorities and make transparent prioritization decisions based on business value, customer impact, data, and technical feasibility.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze product KPIs and success metrics, identifying opportunities and performance gaps.
  • Analyze feature adoption, conversion, funnels, user behavior, marketplace performance, and customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
  • Use AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate product discovery, research, requirements development, data analysis, and product decision-making.
  • Conduct AI-assisted competitive analysis to identify competitor capabilities, market trends, emerging product patterns, and opportunities.
  • Use AI and analytics tools to perform UX analysis, identify friction points in driver and passenger journeys, and generate hypotheses for improvement.
  • Leverage AI to support KPI monitoring and analysis, detect meaningful changes, investigate potential drivers, and turn insights into product actions.
  • Balance short-term business priorities with long-term product strategy and technical sustainability.
  • Coordinate across squads working on passenger experience, driver experience, payments, pricing, dispatch, and marketplace systems.
  • Continuously improve the product through experimentation, quantitative analysis, qualitative research, competitive intelligence, and market insights.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of Product Management experience, preferably in technology-driven consumer products.
  • Proven experience taking products or major features from ideation and discovery to design, launch, measurement, and optimization.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with backlog management, sprint planning, prioritization, and Agile product development.
  • Proven ability to manage business stakeholders, conflicting priorities, expectations, and cross‑functional dependencies.
  • Strong experience collaborating with UI/UX Designers and evaluating product designs, user journeys, and interaction flows.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to make product decisions using data, user insight, and business impact.
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to work effectively with software engineering teams.
  • Ability to define clear product requirements and acceptance criteria while avoiding over‑specification of implementation details.

Nice to Have
