ForInvest is seeking a forward-thinking Product Manager to own end-to-end product initiatives, collaborating with Engineering, Design, QA, Data, and Business teams to deliver high-quality products. • Minimum 3 years of product management experience with ownership of strategy, discovery, roadmap and metrics.
• Experience taking a product or major feature from discovery to launch and measuring results.
• Hands-on experience writing business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills with product metrics, funnel/cohort analysis, user research, and experimentation methods.

In this role, you'll take end-to-end ownership of strategic product initiatives, driving them from discovery to successful delivery. You'll work closely with Engineering, QA, Design and Business teams to transform ideas into high-quality products, keeping priorities aligned, removing blockers and ensuring every milestone is delivered successfully. What You'll Do

• Own assigned products and initiatives end to end — from discovery and roadmap definition through delivery, measurement, and iteration.
• Prioritize a portfolio of initiatives by balancing business value, user impact, technical feasibility, and delivery capacity.
• Use user research, product analytics, customer feedback, and business data to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and evaluate post-launch outcomes.
• Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria; help shape documentation standards so product knowledge stays accessible across teams.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Design, QA, Data, and Business teams.
• Coordinate releases, validate delivered features against acceptance criteria, and ensure smooth delivery to production.
• Define success metrics for major initiatives and use post-launch results to guide improvements.
• Partner with Engineering and Data teams on AI-powered features, contributing to decisions on use cases, output quality, and user experience.
• Turn recurring customer needs in B2B products into platform-level productization opportunities.
• Communicate product strategy, progress, decisions, and outcomes to senior management.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of product management experience, with hands-on ownership of product strategy, discovery, roadmap, and metrics.
• Proven experience taking at least one product or major feature from discovery to launch and measuring its results.
• Hands-on experience writing business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with experience using product metrics, funnel or cohort analysis, user research, and experimentation methods.
• Experience working with cross-functional Product, Engineering, Design, and QA teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business teams, including the maturity to defend prioritization decisions with data.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive multiple initiatives forward.
• Experience establishing product processes and documentation standards in unstructured environments.
• Strong ownership mindset, with a proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented approach.
• Sufficient technical literacy to work effectively with engineering teams (APIs, data models, system integrations).
• Comfortable using AI-powered tools to improve day-to-day productivity, reporting, and product execution.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, capital markets, or investment products; familiarity with the BIST and CMB (SPK) ecosystem.
• Experience with mobile and web-based digital products.
• Experience building LLM/AI-powered products (model evaluation, prompt design, AI product quality processes).
• Experience with B2B2C, platform, or API products.
• Proficiency in product analytics tools.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and modern AI-enabled product management platforms.
